The minutes of the special meeting held July 25, 2023.
PRESENT WERE TRUSTEES DANIEL HODGE, JOSEPH RABATIN AND JIM MILLER. ALSO PRESENT WERE:

Mr. Joseph Rabatin called the meeting to order at 4:55 p.m.
A motion to suspend approval of the regular meeting minutes of July 6, 2023 was made by Mr. Jim Miller and seconded by Mr. Daniel Hodge with Mr. Joseph Rabatin concurring.
A motion to approve Resolution 14-2023 Declaring the Necessity of Levying a Tax in Excess of the Ten-Mill Limitation to renew the 1.50 mill Road and Bridge Levy was made by Mr. Daniel Hodge.
It was seconded by Mr. Jim Miller
A roll call vote was taken:

Joseph Rabatin YES
The Fiscal Officer requested Wayne County Auditor Jarra Underwood to certify the levy. Jarra Underwood certified the 1.50 mill renewal Road and Bridge Levy to be placed on the November 7, 2023 election.
A motion to approve Resolution 15-2023 Declaring it Necessary to Proceed with the Levy of a Tax in Excess of the Ten-Mill Limitation was made by Mr. Daniel Hodge.
It was seconded by Mr. Jim Miller

A motion to adjourn at 5:05 was made by Mr. Jim Miller and seconded by Mr. Daniel Hodge with Mr. Joseph Rabatin concurring.
