RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS

The minutes of the special meeting held July 26, 2021.

PRESENT WERE TRUSTEES DANIEL HODGE, JOSEPH RABATIN AND BLAKE MEIER AND FISCAL OFFICER VALORIE LEWIS.  ALSO PRESENT WERE:

Mr. Joseph Rabatin called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

A motion to approve the regular meeting minutes of July 1, 2021 was made by Mr. Blake Meier and seconded by Mr. Daniel Hodge with Mr. Joseph Rabatin concurring.

Discussion was held regarding the ODOT Township Stimulus Program.  Mr. Joseph Rabatin informed the Board he spoke with Ms. Nicole Lawhorn with ODOT who said the funds are not reimbursable for projects already completed.  After further discussion it was decided to continue to look into projects the funds could be used for next year and that we have until October to send in an application. 

A motion to adjourn to executive session to discuss personal matters per ORC 121.22 (G) (1) was made by Mr. Joseph Rabatin.

It was seconded by Mr. Daniel Hodge.

A roll call vote was taken:

A motion to adjourn from executive session and return to regular session was made by Mr. Joseph Rabatin.

Mr. Joseph Rabatin stated that Mr. Steve Geiser had turned in his resignation due to his running for Township Trustee and its violation of the Employee Handbook.

A motion to accept the resignation of Mr. Steve Geiser was made by Mr. Joseph Rabatin and seconded by Mr. Blake Meier with Mr. Daniel Hodge concurring.

A motion to adjourn at 6:43 pm was made by Mr. Blake Meier and seconded by Mr. Daniel Hodge with Mr. Joseph Rabatin concurring.
