The minutes of the special meeting held March 24, 2022.
PRESENT WERE TRUSTEES DANIEL HODGE, JOSEPH RABATIN AND JIM MILLER. ALSO PRESENT WERE:

Mr. Daniel Hodge called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion to suspend approval of the regular meeting minutes of March 3, 2022 was made by Mr. Joseph Rabatin and seconded by Mr. Jim Miller with Mr. Daniel Hodge concurring.
Discussion was held regarding installing a softball field at the East Union Township Park. After discussion a motion to use $9,999.00 from the ARPA Funds and up to $10,000.00 from the Park Fund and Mr. Joseph Rabatin will solicit grant funds to build a softball field at the East Union Park was made by Mr. Joseph Rabatin and seconded by Mr. Jim Miller with Mr. Daniel Hodge concurring.
A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Joseph Rabatin and seconded by Mr. Jim Miller with Mr. Daniel Hodge concurring.
The next special meeting is scheduled for Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 9:30 am to preform the Annual Road Inspection.
